I am a Vermont-licensed Doctor of Naturopathic medicine and a New York-licensed Acupuncturist. I received my doctorate and masters from Bastyr University (class of 2013). As a Naturopathic practitioner, I have comprehensive training in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and preventive medicine. You can learn more about Naturopathic medicine here. During my training, I have witnessed people suffering from pain, fatigue, asthma, neurological disorders, and digestive disorders improve from changing their diets. I have also seen many people in distress and anxiety over what to eliminate, which diet guru to follow, and what supplements to take–which I believe is not healthy.
